Jumpflex Trampoline - Cool customer assembly
Took 20 mins tops it's not hard at all. Do it when it's cool...the old cover slid right off the foam. New one one was a breeze. Kids love it.
So why is it I can’t reach ANYONE at your company with a great staff and office? I’m starting to think this is fake. I’ve also seen multiple complaints where people had issues and couldn’t reach anyone.
I've seen no complaints about that. This would be the first.... also, I've been able to get ahold of them. So maybe you got some numbers or letters crossed.
@@americanmade422there’s complaints about this on social media. I called numerous times for a couple weeks and only got their answering machine and never a call back after leaving multiple messages. No numbers were crossed, the message said it was the company.
we are struggling to get the sleeves over the foam and poles as the sleeves are far to tight. I flew through putting the frame and net together but have ground to a halt with the upright posts. did anyone else have this issue? its taken me the better part of an hour to get one sleeve done. the video shows the nice lady slip it over easy as. is there a trick to it??
I am assembling the trampoline now and at this step. I am having the same problem as you. The video does not show how to actually do this part. Shame as so far assembly has been so simple.
@@James016UK soapy water worked like a charm for us. We taped the foam together whilst they were in the poles and then got them nice and soapy. Two of us managed to slide them over quite easily after that. It was driving me mad. Trampoline is nice now it’s up, Good luck.
@@Braddas1977I saw on another video a couple of recommendations to use baby powder. That worked like a charm. I could fit the netting on my own. Will finish it tomorrow as it got too dark. 😂
@@James016UK fitting the net was pretty easy to be fair. Once the posts are done you’re home free, everything after that is a doddle. Have fun
This is probably the worst part. The sleeves are straight and don’t curve. Baby powder or soapy water will work.

Some tips from a recent build (today, 12/27/23). Have a round metal file in case yhere is a bump in a pipe where you need to connect. We had one on the safety net poles and without the metal file we would have been stick bevause thrre was a piece of metal sticking out preventing the tube from connecting. Next, Baby Powder/ gold bond js essential. I covered the foam of the net poles and then dumped more fown the sleeves. This allowed the sleeves to slide on. The sleeves are way too tight without this, and nothing like the video. I spent two hours alone completing 2 before reading about the baby powder. If everytbing goes perfectly, plan for about 1.5 hrs if youre by yourself.
One of my poles had a ding in it which prevented the upper poles from going in. Bashed it out with a screwdriver and hammer, worked a treat.
Im about 3 hours into it and about to slice up the sleeves for the safety net uprights. they are way too tight and we cannot get them over the foam pieces. Ridiculous.
I used baby powder and it helped a lot
Well that was a waste of time. How did you connect the net to the springs.😢
Is the Trampoline good for some one who is 6'1 and weighs 90kgs
How long does this take in real time? Say in a backyard at 3:00 in the morning on Christmas morning? We just received our 15' Jumpflex today and I am looking forward to the fun and memories they will provide for our two sons and our family.
Haha. It’s hilarious how this was posted only yesterday, because my wife and I just decided to order the 15’ trampoline for Christmas as well. We “joked” that we were going to set it up for Christmas morning, but we’ll likely wait till spring if we have snow on the ground.
I hope your children enjoy it. We live in Georgia so our winters are mild, who knows what El Nino will bring, but our boys will probably want to enjoy it on Christmas Day and secretly, I might want to as well. Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas!
This is a very real and practical question bc we are doing the same tonight! Lol. I’m saying it’s from the “Elf” bc they’re already out of school and need to get the wiggles out!
Bump, need an answer to this question as well.
WOW!

Hahahaha there's no way this dude just slipped the sleeve over the styrofoam that easily. I been struggling for 15 minutes now.
Little Lincoln Jumping on the Jumpflex Trampoline
Slit wasn't big enough for P bottom to fit into when reattached and came with no instructions.
The net is not that easy to install on a 14ft! We've had 3 people trying to do it and still haven't managed it 2😣😖
In terms of difficulty to assemble this was Hercules/10. Turns out I’m just strong enough to do it on my own but only just. Putting the netting on the poles was the tough bit, nothing like what is shown here Ours had d-rings on the netting unlike the loops here so I stuck with the instructions and had to do all the springs twice. Don’t know if that had an impact on the net/pole tension?
Your comment saved us a lot of time!!

Hey guys, any ideas whether you can lift the slide up easily when not in use? I have a 16 month old that I don't particularly want to have her climbing up non stop when I am not outside with her.
What size is this jump flex
Some comments on pole assembly: If you screw bolts too tight, plastic spacers will likely break when you install the net on the top part of the poles. You should tighten the bolts lightly, then tighten them firmly after installing the net. Hope this comment helps anyone who is assembling JumpFlex. :-)
i love you
Good video, terrible design. Shouldn’t have to deconstruct/reconstruct so much to get the accessory attached.
This video was great- do you do IKEA videos too?
Why not show this process on Flex14 or Flex15? Probably because there is no way in the world that one person could put a safety net on that thing. Safety net is so tight that you have to almost break the poles to hook it onto. I do no like this product at all and do not recommend!
the frame takes longer than the rest
Awesome instructional video. 3 of us put it together in under an hour. Thank you.
Video very helpful. Husband and I put it together with almost no argument and a little help from the kids, too. Only complaint is installing the net is much harder than it looks in the video!
You had me at almost no argument 😂😂
Is the slide and basketball hoop only compatible with jumpflex trampolines? Or would they work on our SkyBound Cirrus?!?
We’ve tried it with our relatives and only jumflex works
So... Is this only compatible with jumpflex tramps or would I be able to add this to our SkyBound cirrus?
Good instructions, I ended up duct taping the pool noodle like soft sleeves together and to the top of the poles as whilst sliding the cover over they continually moved. As for button clips as a method to secure things they should be banned! Would rather take longer and bolt fix for sturdier construction. Lastly the compression strength of the plastic black spacers is a bit poor when trying to tighten the poles to the frame imo. Otherwise interested to see how this lasts out in the weather.
Great video I watched it 6 times before the trampoline came, when it arrived I threw the instructions 2 the side and smashed it out in 2.5 hours by myself a 14ft one. Just in time for school pick up
How good is the bounce? The way it looked at the end in this video wasn't too impressive.
The volume is too low
Sooooo turn your volume up!?!?
Great detailed video. Was able to single handedly assemble my 12ft in just under 3 hours.
How long in total should we allow for assembly ?
*_Love this trampoline!>>> _**_t.co/5OVUdzL8tR _**_ the safety of a trampoline, so after many years of not having a trampoline we gave in and did the "research". We decided on this one for the durability and safety features. We also like that the maximum weight was 375 lbs, which was higher than most. It's durable. To not worry about the wind carrying it away, we tethered it down w ratchet straps - worked great and gave us peace of mind. My kids have enjoyed it all summer long. My daughter says "It's bouncy!! It's a lot nicer than the neighbors [who got theirs at a local superstore]." My son said, "It seems to be more stable than other trampolines. It seems to not stretch as much, and bounce you higher than our neighbors. Love it!" Also, got the kids outside and away from "devices" (without any prompting!) -- - always a good thing! :)_*
*_Well made, jumps nicely.>>> _**_t.co/cRxPV7neSj _**_ Net is sturdy and cover completely without gaps. Zipper is nice and keeps kids in and stray animals out. We got a different tool to climb into it because the ladder is slick but everything else is nice._*
*_This was great I love it>>> _**_t.co/cRxPV7neSj _**_ and so do all my nephews I got this as a birthday gift, it was simple to put together. It was strong enough to survive the hurricane that came through Florida. No bent poles or anything but a tree branch managed to fall put a hole in the mat. I would say if your on the fence about this get it._*
